What sets us apart from the rest is the exceptional air quality inside the building. What started as a need for Mr. Meattle became a passion. Some 15 years ago, Mr. Meattle became allergic to Delhi’s air. Doctors advised him to move out of the city. Mr. Meattle decided to not leave the city but change the air quality of his surroundings including the business centre where he works from. The PM 2.5 level which is a harmful component of pollution in the air is kept below 10 on most of the days inside the building whereas it is much more outside. The same goes for PM1, PM10, VOCs, Sox, NOx etc. At the centre, there is a team dedicated to monitoring the air quality and taking measures to keep it as healthy as possible. We, at Paharpur, grow our own fresh air. The ambient air is washed, purified, oxygenated and then pumped in the building.
